On The Tie That Binds

To try to keep something only for ourselves is not truly loving it. The minute we tell the world, “This thing/person/land is only mine,” we risk a big loss. I get what the saying means if you truly love someone or something, you will let it go…really, you just won’t try to keep it for yourself to the exclusion of all others, with no regard for the consciousness of that person or thing. All things have consciousness. All divine creations have a say in self-actualization. Relationship with, respect for, and appreciation of someone, something, or some place is the tie that binds. Humanity knew this at one time, but we have forgotten.
