My two favorite trees at the Grand Village of the Natchez Indians. Went to sit for a bit while I waited for my dad at an appointment. I call them the Unlikely Lovers. One’s a pecan, and the other’s an elm, I think. One is tall and straight and grounded. And the other has flailing outstretched arms…lol…there’s a lesson in it somewhere…
