Out of Paper Towels?

If out of paper towels, use a paper bag, newsprint, or a washable cloth. They do the job just as well as a paper towel and costs less.  A clean paper bag works great to absorb oils from fried foods. Newsprint cleans windows and mirrors without streaks and makes a durable pick it upper for pet messes. A wash cloth or sponge works well for wiping up spills and is reusable after washing.
