Broccoli Cornbread

Looking for something different to serve with chili or soup? Why not try our Granny‘s Broccoli Cornbread. Here’s the recipe:

“Broccoli Cornbread”

2 sticks of oleo, melted
2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
10 oz package frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan until brown.*
