Out of Cake Flour?

If out of cake flour, use 1 cup all-purpose flour, minus 2 tablespoons of flour and replacing it with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch for every 1 cup cake flour needed. Sift together before adding before adding to other ingredients in recipe.

    thanks for this tip. I wonder if it should be sifted together befpre used in recipe?
