Joseph Laprarie was married to Elizabeth Wiley and they had our great grandfather John Louis M.Laprarie and 6 other children:

1- Leo Cad Laprarie (1873 – 1910)*

2- John Louis M. Laprarie (1876 – 1918)*

3- Joseph Charles Laprarie (1878 – 1909)*

4- Margaret Elizabeth Laprarie Dodge (1878 – 1962)*

5- Mary Frozine Laprarie Normand (1886 – 1920)*

6- Catherine Laprarie Gagnard (1888 – 1957)*

7 – Manuel Laprairie (1895 – 1960)*

Their parents and most of the Laprarie siblings were buried in Fort Derussy Cemetery, Marksville, Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana USA.*
