On this date the 6th of April in 1718, Ester Fadden was born in Glouster County, Virginia to parents Jonathan Fadden and Rosetta Burch. Ester married John Burris around 1737 and had 4 children including our 6th paternal great grandfather John C. Burris, Sr. **

John and Ester moved from Virginia in 1771 to Guilford County, North Carolina where they joined the Quaker faith.*

Ester Fadden Burris passed away sometime after August 14, 1740.
