You can only use the dark purple flowers. You pick the stems, go home & pick off just the darkest purple blooms.Hi there sweet ladies! Bill’s mom has always made Kudzu Blossom Jelly. It is a Shanks family tradition. Since she recently had to be placed in a Rehab facility … it looked like no one was going to make the jelly this year.
